This page covers the Aida bedroom collection, a romantic classic design shaped in brass, and the current Francesco Pasi pieces that suit the same mood. Aida stands for Attention, Interest, Desire and Action; here it becomes three pieces chosen for detail, comfort and storage.
What is the Aida collection known for?
Aida is a romantic classic bedroom in which brass forms the silhouettes of each piece. Its makers credited artisans and carvers for the detail and named the line after Attention, Interest, Desire and Action. In their words, Attention meant the care put into details, and Desire the wish to bring people into a comfortable, luxurious world.
Which bed suits an Aida-style room?
A wide upholstered bed keeps the romance without copying the brass. The Opera Upholstered Bed by Francesco Pasi, in its 200x200 cm version, measures H 138 x W 212 x D 218 cm on a solid wood structure 80 mm thick.
Gold or silver leaf can be added, which echoes the warm metal of the original. More complete rooms appear under italian bedroom suite.
How do storage and seating complete the room?
A chest of drawers and an end-of-bed bench finish it. The New Deco Chest of Drawers, Natural Facade, by Francesco Pasi has solid cherry drawers 34 mm thick and a facade in natural or dark natural cherry.
At the foot of the bed, the New Deco Bench in Fabric pairs a solid cherry frame with fabric upholstery. Our classic italian furniture design section shows how the same approach works in other rooms.
