Nuvola, a living room collection that used Murano glass as the base of its tables, is covered on this page. The gallery below shows its glass tables, libraries, bars and buffets. Above are three current pieces that sit well with glass: a Dall'Agnese sofa, a Cantori bookcase and an Epoque side table.
Down-wrapped seating
The Trama Sofa by Dall'Agnese wraps its foam in down. Seats are expanded polyurethane foam in differentiated densities under a 100% down quilt, and backs and armrests take the same quilt over foam with a polyester pad. Backs come in two heights, 66 or 78 cm. Fabric covers are removable and available with or without quilting. The frame is solid spruce and plywood covered with expanded polyurethane, on black plastic feet.
An iron bookcase that stands alone
The Diadema Bookcase by Cantori has a built-in iron structure that is self-supporting. It comes in heights of 180, 260 and 310 cm, with 3 mm shelves. The top is in the finish, transparent glass or smoked glass. The 310 cm version suits a high ceiling; the 180 cm one fits beside a sofa or under a window. Group it with seating from the luxury living room sets.
A round resin side table
The Larimar Side Table by Epoque, from the Exence collection, has a round resin top. Next to glass and iron, resin adds a different surface. Place it at the end of the sofa, within reach of the seat. The gallery below shows Nuvola glass tables such as Gran Canal, Dandolo and Murano, beside the Avantgarde and Dune libraries. For a work corner in the same room, look at the modern italian desk page.
