This page covers a contemporary dining room built from tables, chairs and display storage. The photographs below show long, round and marble-topped Dall'Agnese tables with side chairs; the text sets out three current pieces, from a round lacquered table to a glass cabinet.
A round table with a Lazy Susan
Francesco Pasi's Ellipse Round Dining Table can be fitted with a Lazy Susan. A leather version adds a leather-clad pedestal, Art. 9208 / 9209.
On a round top, a turntable brings every dish within reach of every guest. If the room has to seat more guests on occasion, an italian extendable dining table is the alternative.
Light chairs on wooden bases
The Float Dining Chair by Dall'Agnese measures H 77.5 x W 46.5 x D 54 cm. Its seat and back come in fabric, leather or simil leather, with fixed covers.
Compact chairs keep a round table from feeling crowded once all places are set. Leather covers suit a family table; fabric softens the sound in a room with stone or wooden floors. Compare other luxury dining chairs before fixing the number of seats.
A one-door glass cabinet
For tableware on view, Francesco Pasi builds the Ellipse One-Door Glass Cabinet at H 180 x W 73 x D 50 cm. Its leather version has leather-clad uprights and legs, Art. 9203.
At 73 cm wide it fits beside a door or between windows, where a full sideboard would not. The Dall'Agnese tables in the photographs below show how long, round and marble-topped shapes change the same room.
